Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of ground beef (I use extra lean or even ground sirloin)
- 1 28oz can tomatoes (Italian Herb)
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- veggies of choice – I use shredded carrots and Kale/Spinach. * Not in original recipe
- 1 tsp parsley, basil, celery seed, pepper
- 2 tsp garlic, oregano
- 2-3 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Brown ground beef with onions and veggies
- Add tomatoes
- Add all other ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
Note :
Tastes better the longer it sits..so make a day ahead 🙂
