Spaghetti Sauce

  • 1.5 lbs of ground beef (I use extra lean or even ground sirloin)
  • 1 28oz can tomatoes (Italian Herb)
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • veggies of choice – I use shredded carrots and Kale/Spinach. * Not in original recipe
  • 1 tsp parsley, basil, celery seed, pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic, oregano
  • 2-3 Tbsp sugar

  1. Brown ground beef with onions and veggies
  2. Add tomatoes
  3. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
Note : 
Tastes better the longer it make a day ahead 🙂
