Woke up today to beautiful snowy, -10 (feels like -19) February day. Oh wait..its April! Winter can seriously kiss my ass. Hey i can say that right..its my blog 🙂
The easter bunny found our house, we had a great hunt this morning. last night while stuffing the eggs I managed to only sneak a dried cranberries, and yogurt covered cranberries
Breakfast – Vanilla Protein pancakes.(1 Red, 1 Blue, 1 yellow) I topped mine with some more plain yogurt, cinnamon, and some mixed berries. No syrup for this gal (during the 21 day fix that is..yes please every other time!)..and a tassimo latte
ya i know…kind of looks like a cat..but kids liked it :p
Snack – guilty, had more yogurt cranberries. We were at my moms for another egg hunt. so i missed snack and was getting hungry…i’ll have an early lunch
Lunch – Leftover turkey dinner (carrots, peas, green beans, turkey and….gravy) (1 Red, 1 Green, 1 yellow ) and 2 dark chocolate squares
Workout – 11k run. Wasn’t expecting to be running in snow. Slushy run. Now if only I could combine yesterday’s and today’s run to make up a half haha
Snack – strawberry cheesecake protein bar. I love quest bars. Bit pricey but worth it. All natural !
Supper – huge family diner number 2. Had Turkey. Ham, carrots and peas, and baked beans . (1.5 Red, 1 green , 1 yellow) Took abuse from family for not having dessert. Got to love the family encouragement. Think I’ll sneak a dark chocolate square when I get home.
Workout – Dirty 30 Exteme! Wow..Loved..my favorite so far! it is no joke thats for sure. love the pushups with a renegade row! I’ve done these before but not for a whole minute..Awesome burn
7 Days no wine! Missing it like crazy. Little torn between being proud of the great choices i’ve been making, and sad from the great foods I missed. Easter weekend done. Bring on the leftovers!
