21 Day Fix Extreme – Day 7

Day 7…Last day of first round..and boy am I glad its Yoga.  My body will welcome the break and stretch!

Back to work today. Back to reality, back to having to cook too! HAHA

Breakfast – 2 Hard boiled eggs (1 Red)

Snack – Blackberries and Raspberries (1 Blue)

Lunch – Leftover Pesto Chicken and carrots (1 Red, 1 Blue, 1 Green). 2 Dark Chocolate Squares

Snack – Yogurt

SupperGreek Turkey Burgers!These are soo good. i can’t take any credit other then the discovery and adding it to my repertoire, hence the link to another site.  Topped with the yogurt tzatziki sauce (provided in the linked recipe )and more feta cheese (no bun for this gal) Mediterranean pasta salad from Costco. I was going to Pick out the pasta and enjoy the rest (cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, and cilantro, with a dressing)  but I ate the pasta to. It was white pasta. But I had no carbs yet today. (1.5 Red, 1 yellow, 1 Green, 1 tablespoon)

Cheat – yogurt covered cranberries. Ugh feel so guilty. No chocolate for super dessert as punishment. My first real cheat that i feel bad about or can’t justify or thats not clean. 😦

Workout – Yoga Fix Extreme! Been looking forward to this for a few days now after all these intense workouts and runs. It wasn’t anything special, but i welcomed the active rest day

One Week down, 2 to go..Booya! 🙂
