Another amazing sleep. Hubby had to shake me awake this morning! so glad today is a “rest” day Last day of second round. I have noticed i’ve loosened up a bit and had a few cheats (very few mind you), but I ‘m going to buckle down and finish this strong. Mondays come so fast, weekends always fly by
Breakfast – 2 eggs and a quinoa berry muffin. (1 Red, 1 yellow, 0.5 purple) As you can see I don’t vary my breakfast that much..alternate between oatmeal, eggs and occasionally a quinoa breakfast bake. But they are healthy, filling, and the kids enjoy them too. I do have some excess bananas at home..so maybe i’ll whip up something with those this week 🙂
Snack – bowl of raspberries and blueberries (1 Purple)
Lunch – leftover roast beef and balsamic roasted carrots (1 Red, 1 Green)…and 2 dark chocolate squares..ok 3..busted! Worked through lunch, i could see lots of people waking and running on “my” trail though. Beautiful day, but alas, my legs needed a break.
Snack – yogurt (1 Red)
Supper – Stuffed Peppers. Found this recipe that is fix approved on Pinterest (2 green, 1 Red, 1/2 yellow, 1/2 Blue). They were ok. Missing some spices or some extra flavour, but good base and portion ratios. I will make again and modify. Also, as a non veggy lover ( i tolerate) this was a lot of pepper to consume haha
Workout – Yoga Fix Extreme. Not a huge fan of the yoga sequences on this program, but enjoying a must needed active rest day. Also did the 10 minute hardcore abs..i probably only have it 75 percent effort though
Snack – Cashews..man i could eat these like they were chips..really need to portion control these bad boys!
Well thats 2 weeks down! 14 days! and 15 days with no wine!!
